Ground Crack VFX Breakdown
In this 3-part series, we explore Houdini, Substance Designer, and game engine integration to create a visually stunning effect. The focal point of the effect is the ground elements, which are animated using Houdini's RBD sim and exported to the game engine with SideFX Labs tools.
We also need additional sprite elements to enhance the visual effects on top of the ground break.
